IN LIGHT OF RECENT NATIONAL PRESS REPORTS, WE WOULD LIKE TO REASSURE OUR PATIENTS THAT WE CONTINUE TO REMAIN FULLY OPEN AND HAVE DONE THROUGHOUT THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. WE ARE ALSO OFFERING FACE TO FACE APOINTMENTS WITH GP's BUT, AS PER NATIONAL GUIDANCE WE ARE REQUESTING THAT THESE ARE ARRANGED FOLLOWING TELEPHONE TRIAGE WITH AN APPROPRIATE CLINICIAN
All adult patients and children age 11 and over visiting the Surgery will be asked to wear face masks or face coverings, this can be a scarf or bandana - see link below.
We are now booking flu vaccination appointments for patients aged 50 or over or under 50 and eligible.
Due to COVID 19 all clinics will be BOOKED appointments only
TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT – (Please check your eligibility via the link to ‘flu vaccinations 2020-21’ found under further information on the right of this page – we cannot give a vaccine to ineligible patients – if you are not eligible you can attend a pharmacy and pay for your vaccination)

FLU CLINICS FOR CHILDREN
We are now booking appointments for children who are aged 2 and 3, and those under 18 with a medical need. Please phone the surgery to book an appointment .We are unable to accommodate any children who are due their vaccine at school.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FLU VACCINATION CLINICS
- Clinics are Booked Appointments ONLY
- Only Eligible patients can have the flu vaccine – please check your eligibility before booking
- YOU MUST WEAR A FACE MASK as you will be within 2m of the clinician
- DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY for your appointment and be aware there will be reduced parking
- When entering the Car Park follow the signs directing you to the stations
- Strict adherence to social distancing will be necessary
- Leave the area as soon as you have had your flu vaccine
- Wear a T-shirt or loose fitting short sleeved top (if the clothing is tight around the arm the clinician will not be able to give you the vaccine.
PLEASE ALLOW 2 WORKING DAYS FOR BOTH REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICAL CERTIFICATES AND REMEMBER TO TAKE WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS INTO ACCOUNT.

All patients at this practice are allocated a named GP (this is your registered GP). Should you wish to know who this is please ask the receptionist or clinician at your next visit. You are still able/welcome to book appointments with the GP of your choice but your registered GP is responsible for your overall care.
There is suitable access for disabled persons and a reserved parking place. If you require assistance, please ring the bell or ask at reception. There is a washroom for disabled persons in the surgery; please ask at reception for details. The surgery is served by Yellow Bus route number 4.
